TSCHE started the TS ECET Counselling for the final phase on July 15. Candidates can register, pay the processing fee, and book the slot for document verification for the final phase from June 15 to 16.
The online choice-filling window will start on July 17 and stay open until July 21. Since only registered candidates will be able to apply for Counselling, it becomes a must to complete your registration and document verification.

Overview of TS ECET Counselling 2024
The Counselling schedule for the TS ECET will be released officially by the Telangana State Council of Higher Education likely in July 2024. We will update the important dates in the table below.

Eligibility Criteria for TS ECET Counselling
To participate in the Counselling, candidates must meet the following eligibility criteria:
- Qualification: Candidates must have qualified in the TS ECET 2024 examination.
- Domicile: Candidates should be Indian nationals and belong to the state of Telangana/Andhra Pradesh. They must meet the local/non-local status requirements as laid down by the respective state government.
- Educational Qualification: Candidates should have obtained a diploma in engineering and technology/pharmacy from the State Board of Technical Education of Telangana/Andhra Pradesh or any other diploma recognized by the Government of Telangana/Andhra Pradesh, or they must hold a 3-year B.Sc degree with Mathematics as one of the subjects from a recognized university in the state or its equivalent.
- Minimum Marks: Candidates must have secured a minimum of 45% marks (40% for reserved category candidates) in the qualifying examination.
- Other Requirements: Candidates must have all the relevant original documents required for verification during the Counselling process.
Required Documents for Documents Verification
After completing your registration, you have to complete the document verification stage which will require you to arrange the originals and copies of the following documents –
- TS ECET hall ticket
- TS ECET rank card
- 10th class or SSC or equivalent marks sheets
- Diploma or degree memo of marks
- Diploma or degree certificate
- Aadhaar card
- Intermediate or equivalent memo-cum-pass certificate in case of B.Sc (Maths) candidates
- Study certificate from 6th class to diploma [class 9 to a degree in case of B.Sc (Maths)
- Study certificate from 6th class to a diploma in case of candidates studied in statewide institutions
- Caste certificate (if applicable)
- Transfer certificate
- Income certificate (if applicable)
How to Apply for TS ECET Counselling ?
You need to follow these simple steps to apply for Counselling –
- Go to the official website of TS ECET.
- Register yourself using your hall ticket number, registration number, and other details.
- Once registered, log in using these credentials.
- After that, you will be asked to enter details like caste certificate, application number, mobile number, email ID, and Aadhaar card number.
- Next, you have to select the colleges and streams you want to apply for.
- Click on the “Submit” button.
- Lastly, pay the Counselling fee to lock your choice fillings.
