Eligibility Criteria for RCC Western Railway Apprentice Recruitment 2024

To apply for this recruitment, candidates must fulfil the following eligibility criteria –

Education Required

Candidates applying for this recruitment must be enrolled or 10th Class in the 10+2 examination system with a minimum of 50% marks in aggregate from a recognized Board.

Interested candidates should also possess an ITI certificate affiliated with NCVT/SCVT, which is compulsory in relevant trade.

Age Limit

The applicants should have completed 15 years of age and should not exceed 24 years as of 22/10/2024.

Application Fees

Candidates are required to pay nonrefundable Application fees of 100 rupees through online mode only.

Note: No fee is required to be paid by SC/ST/PWD/Women Applicants.

Documents Required for RCC Western Railway Apprentice Recruitment 2024

The following are the documents candidates need to upload to apply for this recruitment –

• SSC (Standard 10th) or its equivalent Mark Sheet.
• Consolidated ITI mark Sheet of all semesters of the trade in which applied / Provisional National Trade Certificate indicating marks.
• National Trade Certificate issued by NCVT or Provisional National Trade Certificate issued by NCVT /SCVT.
• Caste certificate for SC/ST/OBC
• Disability certificate, in case of PwBD Applicants
• Discharge certificate / Serving certificate

Selection Process for RCC Western Railway Recruitment 2024

Selection of the eligible applicants for imparting training under the Apprentice Act of 1961 will be based on the merit list. It would be prepared to take the average percentage of marks obtained by the Applicants in both Matriculation [with minimum 50% (aggregate) marks] and ITI examination, giving equal weight to both.

Selected candidates will be called for a walk-in interview. Those who pass the interview will be offered a role in the organization.
