Eligibility Criteria for Jharkhand SI Recruitment

Educational Qualification
Candidates appearing for the Jharkhand SI exam must have their bachelor’s degree completed from any recognized university. As of now, no specific field for graduation is required.
Age Limit
The minimum age for the SI post is 18 years, whereas the maximum is 30 years.
Note that the candidates from the OBC category get 3 years of age relaxation, and SC/ST candidates get 5 years of relaxation on age compulsion.

What is the salary of Jharkhand SI?
Once the candidate has successfully passed the prelims, mains, and physical examination, they can join the SI service from the police department with a pay scale of Rs. 9,300/—to Rs. 35,000/—approx. The salary structure of Jharkhand SI also includes a grade pay of Rs. 4,200/—along with the other allowances offered.
