Eligibility Criteria for UP ANM Training Admissions 2024

Before applying for the UP ANM course, applicants should review the eligibility criteria. Not meeting any of the criteria will result in the application being rejected.

• Applicants must be at least 17 years old on the registration date.
• Applicants must have completed their 10+2 education from a recognized board with at least 45% marks.
• Applicants must be registered nurses or midwives from a recognized state or university.

• Visit the official website at https://training.dgmhup.in/. The page will display “UP ANM Online Form 2024”.
• Search for the UP ANM Admission Notification.
• Carefully read the notification to check the eligibility criteria and the application process.
• Make sure to note the application deadline before starting the application form.
• Click on “Click here to apply online”.
• Create a registration using your email and mobile number. Note down the Registration Number and Password.
• If you meet the eligibility criteria, fill out the application form accurately.
• Upload all required documents in the correct size and format.
• Pay the application fee online.
• Review all entered details and submit the application form. Note down the application form number or acknowledgment number.
• Print a copy of the completed application form for future reference.

Counseling for UP ANM Training Admissions

Counseling for the selected candidates will begin after the entrance exam results are announced. All details will be available online.

• The counseling process is based on the overall merit list, which is prepared from 10+2 marks and entrance exam scores.
• Candidates who make it to the merit list will be called for further admission procedures.
• A counseling fee of INR 500 and a security deposit of INR 5,000 must be submitted. If a seat is not allotted, the fee will be refunded.
• Candidates must report to the designated centers on the specified date and time. Failure to do so will result in automatic cancellation of the seat.
• Counseling will occur in three rounds. The first round is for selected candidates, and the subsequent rounds will be held if there are any remaining vacant seats.
