Eligibility Criteria for Senior Accounts Officer Position
Central Government Officers | Holding analogous posts on a regular basis. Or with two years of regular service in Pay Matrix Level-9 (₹53,100 – ₹1,67,800). Or with five years of regular service in Pay Matrix Level-8 (₹47,600 – ₹1,51,100). |
State/UT Government, PSU, or Autonomous Organization Officers | – Holding regular posts in corresponding grades with requisite experience. |
Professional Qualifications | Chartered Accountant (CA), Cost Accountant (CMA), or MBA (Finance), or equivalent. Or having passed SAS/equivalent examination of the organized Accounts Cadre of Central/State Government. Or having successfully completed Cash & Accounts Training organized by ISTM. |
Age Limit | Below 56 years as on the closing date for applications. |
Desirable | Experience in Finance, Accounts, Budgeting, or related fields. Basic skills in a computerized office environment. |

How to Apply for UIDAI Recruitment 2024?
You need to follow these simple steps to apply for this recruitment –
- Interested candidates need to apply using the form provided in Annex I which is given in the notification.
- Once the application is filled, it must be forwarded by the candidate’s current organization. Only forward applications for candidates whose services can be spared if selected.
- For Indian Administrative Service, Indian Police Service, and Indian Forest Service members, the Department of Personnel and Training, Ministry of Home Affairs, or Ministry of Environment and Forest is the cadre controlling authority. If no specific authority is mentioned, the relevant authority approving the deputation should be considered.
- The application form must include the following documents –
- Completed application form (Annex I).
- Certificate from the forwarding officer (Annex II).
- Cadre clearance from the cadre controlling authority.
- Attested copies of ACRs/APARs for the last five years.
- Lastly, send completed applications and documents to the Director (HR), UIDAI, 1st Floor, JIADA Central Office Building, Namkum Industrial Area, Near STPI Lowadih, Ranchi – 834010.

Selection Process for UIDAI Recruitment
The selection process includes the following –
- Initial Screening: UIDAI will first check if the applications meet the required eligibility criteria.
