Selection Process for SMC Recruitment 2024
- Shortlisting: Candidates will be shortlisted based on their Madhyamik exam marks, with a 1:10 ratio (for each vacancy, 10 candidates will be interviewed).
- Final Merit List: Based on combined scores from the Madhyamik exam (90%) and the interview (10%)
