Selection Process of SCILAL Executive Recruitment 2024
The official SCILAL Recruitment 2024 notification states that the Selection Process for all these posts will consist of two stages – Shortlisting and Final Interview.
Candidates will be first shortlisted based on the Eligibility Criteria for Educational Qualification, Age, and Experience, based on the data provided in the application form. The detailed verification of original documents will be done for the shortlisted candidates before they are allowed to participate in the personal interview. The candidates will be shortlisted in the ratio of 1:10.
The final interview will take place on-site at Shipping House, SCILAL Headquarters in Mumbai. Additional qualifications of the candidates will also get additional marks on the final interview. In case of a large number of applicants, SCILAL may choose to conduct a personal interview followed by a Written Test or CBT.
