Educational Qualification for Ordnance Factory Bhandara Recruitment
Candidates must meet one of the following criteria:
- Hold a NAC/NTC Certificate issued by NCTVT (now NCVT) in the AOCP Trade, and be trained in Ordnance Factories under the former Ordnance Factory Board or Munitions India Limited (MIL), with experience in the manufacturing and handling of military ammunition and explosives.
- Hold a NAC/NTC Certificate issued by NCTVT (now NCVT) in the AOCP Trade from a government or private organization affiliated with the government, with candidates having AOCP from a government ITI given consideration.

Ordnance Factory Salary
The chosen applicants will receive a salary/emoluments of Rs.19900 plus DA. Payment will be made at a rate of 1/30th of the basic pay in the relevant pay scale, along with dearness allowance, for an 8-hour work day.
Selection Process of Ordnance Factory Bhandara Recruitment 2024
In order of merit, candidates will be selected based on their performance in the NCTVT and Trade Test/Practical Test. The Trade Test/Practical Test will be worth 100 marks. The merit list will be created based on the total marks obtained in the NCTVT Exam and Trade Test/Practical Test.
