- Online Test: It includes 50 multiple-choice questions (MCQs) covering General English, Quantitative Aptitude, and Reasoning.
- Technical Knowledge Test: Candidates who pass the online test will move to the Technical Knowledge Test, consisting of 70 MCQs specific to the relevant discipline (Mechanical, Electrical, C&I, or Chemistry).

During the training period, selected candidates will be given a monthly consolidated stipend of Rs. 24,000/-. Upon completing the training period, the trainees will be appointed at a pay scale of W7 Grade (Rs. 24,000 – 3%).
