Eligibility Criteria of NIACL AO Recruitment 2024

Candidates fulfilling the eligibility criteria can only apply for NIACL AO Exam. 2. Click the “NIACL AO APPLY ONLINE 2024” link in the career section, which will open a new screen.
3. choose the “Click here for New Registration” tab.

5. On completing the registration, a Provisional Registration Number and Password will be sent to your registered Email & mobile number. 
6. Using the login credentials, open your application form.

Selection Process of NIACL AO Recruitment 2024

The NIACL AO selection process has three stages: Prelims, Mains, and an Interview. Candidates must pass the online Prelims and Mains exams to proceed to the final stage, which is an offline interview. The interview includes a group discussion and a personal interview to evaluate communication skills and overall performance.

• Prelims: This online exam has 100 multiple-choice questions covering English, Reasoning and Quantitative Aptitude. Candidates have 1 hour to complete it.
• Mains: Candidates who pass the Prelims take the Mains, an online test with objective and descriptive questions. It includes sections on General Awareness, Reasoning, English, Quantitative Aptitude, and Professional Knowledge specific to the field (Finance, Legal, IT, etc.).
• Interview: The final stage is an offline interview, including a group discussion and a personal interview to assess communication skills and overall performance. A final merit list is prepared based on the results from the mains exam and the Interview

Salary Details of NIACL AO Recruitment 2024

The basic pay of NIACL AO 2024 is Rs. 50,925 in a scale of 50925 – 2500(14) – 85925 – 2710(4) – 96765. Candidates selected will get a gross salary of Rs. 88,000 per month in the metropolitan cities. The gross NIACL AO Salary comprises basic pay along with the perks and allowances.

Syllabus of NIACL AO Recruitment 2024

NIACL AO 2024 Syllabus is divided for the two phases, i.e. Phase 1 and Phase 2.
