Educational Qualification
General Manager (Legal)
- Educational Qualification: Degree in Law from a recognized University/Institute.
- Experience: 14 years in Pay Band-3 with Grade Pay Rs.5400/- or equivalent, with 7 years in contractual, arbitration, legislative matters, or land acquisition.
Deputy General Manager (Legal)
- Educational Qualification: Degree in Law from a recognized University/Institute.
- Experience: 9 years in Pay Band-3 with Grade Pay Rs.5400/- or equivalent, with 6 years in contractual, arbitration, legislative matters, or land acquisition.
Manager (Administration)
- Educational Qualification: Degree from a recognized University/Institute.
- Experience: At least 4 years in Administration/Establishment/Human Resource/Personnel Management.
Assistant Manager (Administration)
- Educational Qualification: Degree from a recognized University/Institute.

Step-by-Step Online Application Process for NHAI Recruitment 2024
Step 1: Visit the NHAI Website
Click on the “About Us” tab. Now, Select “Vacancies” and then “Current”.
Step 3: Create Registration on the portal
The system will redirect you to the NHAI portal.
Provide the following information to create a registration: User ID (can be anything)
Password
Name
Phone number
Email ID
Aadhar card number (Optional)
Step 4: Login to the System
Use the user ID and password received via registered email to log in.
Step 5: Apply for the Desired Post
Select the post you would like to apply for and fill out the application form.
Step 6: Complete the Application Form
All fields in the form are mandatory. Attach all the required documents.
Step 7: Submit the Application by Deadline
Once all information is verified, click “Final Submit” to save the information.
Click on “Submit your application” to proceed to the next screen. A reference number will be generated, and you will have the option to download the form. Ensure the online application is submitted by 08.07.2024 (6.00 PM).
Step 8: Forward the Application for Verification
After submission, a PDF of the application form will be generated.
Print the PDF and have it forwarded by your parent department along with the prescribed Verification Certificate and certified copy of APARs/ACRs.
Step 9: Departmental Certification and Forwarding
The forwarding department/organization should:
a) Enclose attested copies of:
– Annual Confidential Reports (ACRs) / Annual Performance Appraisal Report (APAR) for the last five years
– The gist of APARs/ACRs
– Certificate regarding the officer’s work and conduct
– Vigilance clearance certifying no penalty imposed in the last ten years, integrity certificate, and no penalty certificate.
b) Certify that the details provided by the applicant in the online application (educational/professional qualifications, relevant experience, pay particulars) have been verified from the service records and are true, correct, and complete.
