Regular Service Requirements	– For candidates with a diploma in Civil Engineering: Minimum of 3 years’ regular service in the specified pay scale.
Departmental and Deputation Eligibility	– Departmental officers in the feeder category are not eligible for deputation.- Deputationists are not eligible for consideration for promotion or absorption.
