What is the Selection Process for MHSRB Assistant Professor Recruitment 2024?
- Selection Criteria: Applicants will be assessed based on a total of 100 points.
- Qualifying Exam Marks: Up to 80 points based on the percentage obtained in the qualifying PG degree or super specialty.
- Service Points: Up to 20 points for service in state government hospitals/institutions/programs on a contract/outsourced basis.
- Qualifying Exam Conversion: Marks will be converted to a base of 80 percent. Equivalent grades will be converted as follows:
- “A” Grade or higher: 60%
- “B” Grade or medium: 55%
- Lowest passing grade: 50%
- Service Points: Points awarded for service:
- 2.5 points per 6 months in tribal areas.
- 2 points per 6 months in non-tribal areas.
- Points are awarded only for completed 6-month periods.
- Experience Certificates: Must be obtained from competent authorities specified. Only certificates in specified formats (Annexure III-B / III-C) will be considered.
- Tie-breaking: If applicants score the same, preference is given to the older applicant.
