Stipend Details for the Apprenticeship Positions:

• ₹13,500/- per month for Graduate Apprentices (Degree holders).
• ₹12,000/- per month for Technician Apprentices (Diploma holders).

Period of Training for the Apprenticeship Positions

The duration of the apprenticeship training is one year for all apprentices. The Institute is not obligated to provide regular employment to apprentices after the training period. Apprentices do not have the right to demand regular employment from the Institute based on their apprenticeship experience at any time.

Eligibility and Criteria For The Apprenticeship Application

1	Candidates must have passed Degree / Diploma in their respective branch / discipline in the years 2022, 2023, or 2024.
2	If CGPA/SGPA or letter grades are awarded, candidates must indicate the equivalent percentage of marks in the online application form based on the norms of their University/Institute. They should provide the CGPA to Percentage conversion formula during document verification.
3	Before applying, candidates must register on the NATS portal (https://nats.education.gov.in/) and obtain a valid registration number.
4	Candidates who have already completed apprenticeship training elsewhere will not be considered for this position.
5	If CGPA/SGPA or letter grades are awarded, candidates must indicate the equivalent percentage of marks in the online application form based on norms of their University/Institute. They should provide the CGPA to Percentage conversion formula during document verification.
6	Selection will be based solely on merit, determined by the percentage of marks in the respective Degree / Diploma in engineering.
7	Engagement and training strictly follow the provisions of the Apprentices Act 1961 and 1973, along with the Apprenticeship Rules 1992.
8	Name and Date of Birth as per official documents (Birth Certificate / SSLC / Matriculation Certificate) are required as proof of age.
9	The list of selected candidates will be published on the IPR website.
10	The candidature of selected candidates will be provisional, subject to verification of certificates, testimonials, and medical fitness.
11	Accommodation during the apprenticeship period is not provided, apprentices must arrange their accommodation.
12	Providing false or incorrect information at any stage will lead to the cancellation of the candidate’s application.
