Selection Process of IOCL Recruitment 2024
The selection process for the IOCL Non-Executive Recruitment 2024 includes
- Computer-Based Test (CBT)
- Skill/Proficiency/Physical Test (SPPT)
Every candidate will have to secure a minimum of 40% marks in the Computer Based Test to be shortlisted for qualifying for SPPT. Relaxation in minimum qualifying marks in CBT by 5% will apply to SC/ST/PWBD candidates against reserved positions.
Exam Pattern of IOCL Recruitment
The Computer-based test consists of one objective type paper containing 100 questions carrying 1 mark each and the time allotted for completing the CBT is 120 minutes.
Question Papers in any discipline will have the following three sections:
- Subject Knowledge – 75 marks
- Numerical Ability – 15 marks
- General Awareness -10 marks
The computer-based examination will be conducted in English and Hindi only and there will be no negative marking for wrong answers.
