Indian Bank has announced 1500 apprenticeship positions under the Apprentices Act of 1961. The bank is inviting applications from graduates in any field from accredited universities or those with equivalent qualifications approved by the Government of India.

Application Fee

Educational Qualification for Indian Bank Apprentice Recruitment 2024

• A graduate degree in any field from a recognized college or any similar qualification is accepted as such by the national government.
• Candidates must have graduated after March 31, 2020, and have a passing diploma.

Indian Bank Apprentice Selection Process 2024

The selection of candidates for the Indian Bank Apprentice Recruitment 2024 will be based on a two-stage process:

Stage 1: Online Written Test

• The online written test will be conducted for 100 marks.
• The test will assess the candidates’ knowledge, reasoning ability, numerical skills, and language proficiency.
• The exam pattern and syllabus will be announced later by the bank.

Stage 2: Local Language Proficiency Test

• Candidates who clear the online written test will be called for a local language proficiency test.
• This test will assess the candidate’s proficiency in the local language of the state they have applied for.
• The local language proficiency test is a qualifying test, and candidates need to secure the minimum qualifying marks.

Final Selection:

• Candidates who clear both the online written test and the local language proficiency test will be provisionally selected for the Apprenticeship program.
• The final selection will be subject to the successful completion of document verification, medical examination, and other recruitment formalities.
