Documents Required for Indian Army NCC 57th Batch Recruitment
Carry self-attested copies and originals of the following documents to the selection center:
- Print out of application, signed and with a self-attested photograph.
- Matriculation/Secondary School Examination Certificate and Mark Sheet.
- 12th Class Certificate and Mark Sheet.
- Graduation Degree/Provisional Degree (Provisional Degree should not be more than six months old at the time of joining the Academy).
- Mark Sheets of all years/semesters.
- NCC `C’ Certificate (not required for Wards of Battle Casualties).
- Certificate regarding CGPA conversion to marks and aggregate percentage from the concerned University.
- Certificate from the Principal/Head of the Institution stating that the final year candidate’s result will be declared by 1st April 2025.
- Declaration by final year degree candidates that proof of passing will be submitted by 1st April 2025.
- Wards of Battle Casualties must also submit additional documents as mentioned in the notification.

- Failure to carry these documents will result in cancellation of candidature and return from the SSB interview.
- Carry all original certificates for verification at the SSB interview. Originals will be returned after verification.

- Submit only one online application. Multiple applications will result in the cancellation of candidature.

Selection Process for Indian Army NCC 57th Batch Recruitment
The selection procedure for this recruitment includes:
Shortlisting of Applications
The Integrated Headquarters of the Ministry of Defense (Army) will shortlist applications. Shortlisted candidates will be informed of their Selection Centre via email.
Candidates must log in to select SSB interview dates. Subsequent allotments will be made by the Selection Centres. However, note that the date selection could be changed due to exceptional circumstances.
SSB Interview
Only shortlisted eligible candidates will undergo SSB at Allahabad, Bhopal, Bangalore, and Kapurthala. Call-up letters for SSB interviews will be sent via email and SMS.
Allotment of the Selection Centre is at the discretion of the Directorate General of Recruiting, and no changes will be entertained.
Final Selection
Candidates recommended by the SSB and declared medically fit will receive joining letters for training in the order of merit, based on available vacancies and eligibility criteria.
