• Computer Based Test (CBT): The first stage involves a Computer Based Test designed to assess candidates’ technical knowledge and general aptitude relevant to the position.
• Skill Test: Candidates who qualify for the CBT will then take a Skill Test. This practical test evaluates specific skills and competencies required for the role. For instance, technical positions may involve problem-solving tasks related to mechanical or fire safety skills.
• Personal Interview: Shortlisted candidates from the Skill Test will be invited for a Personal Interview. This stage assesses candidates’ overall suitability, including their problem-solving abilities, communication skills, and fit for the organizational culture.

Positions in Grades E1 and E2 (e.g., Assistant Engineer, Engineer)

• Computer-Based Test (CBT): Similar to Grade E0 positions, candidates start with a Computer Test focusing on technical knowledge and relevant subjects for engineering roles.
• Group Discussion (GD): Candidates who clear the CBT will participate in a Group Discussion. This stage evaluates candidates’ teamwork, communication skills, and ability to articulate their thoughts on various topics.
