Additional Information:
- Candidates with lateral entry to the 2nd year of the 3-year diploma course can also apply.
- Equivalent Diploma certificate holders are not eligible.
- Higher technical qualifications like B.Tech./BE/M.Tech./ME are not allowed.
- Qualifications acquired through distance mode will not be considered.
- Candidates possessing higher qualifications are not eligible and their candidature is liable for cancellation.
Upper Age Limit:
- Junior Engineers GR-II: 18 to 28 years as of the closing date of the online application.
- Mine Surveyor: 18 to 30 years as of the closing date of the online application.
- Age relaxation for SC/ST/OBC(NCL)/PwBD/Ex-SM candidates as per GOI guidelines.
- No upper age limit for DVC Departmental candidates.
Relaxations and Concessions:
- Reservation/Relaxation/Concession for various categories (OBC, SC, ST, EWS, PwBD, Ex-SM, J&K Domicile, Victims of riots) as per Govt. of India directives.
- Candidates claiming PwBD relaxation must have a permanent disability with a minimum of 40% degree of disability.
