Eligibility Criteria for BMRCL Recruitment 2024

BMRCL has set eligibility criteria which include aspects such as age limit, educational qualifications, and experience.

Knowledge of Kannada is essential.	55 years
Deputy General Manager (HR)	Same as above	Should have overall post-qualification experience of 15 years in HR. Knowledge of Kannada is essential.	48 years

Pay Scale of BMRCL Recruitment

BMRCL has planned a well-thought-out pay for its future managers. Along with the pay, the managers will also be consuming other incentives such as Conveyance / Hired vehicle facility, GMC, GPA, NPS, and Applicable allowances & Perks as per prevailing rules of the Company. The pay per position is given in the table below.
