    Medical Standards for Indian Air Force Apprenticeship Training 2024

    • Height: Minimum acceptable height is 152 cm.
    • Weight: Minimum of 48 kg.
    • Hearing: Candidates should have normal hearing, i.e., able to hear forced whisper from a distance of 6 meters with each ear separately.
    • Dental: Should have healthy gums, a good set of teeth, and a minimum of 14 dental points.
    • Health: Should be free from any active or latent, acute or chronic, medical or surgical disability or infection or skin ailment. Candidates shall be physically and mentally fit to undergo the courses in any climate. A valid medical certificate issued by a Medical Officer (Gazetted), as having been medically examined as per medical standards enumerated in the Apprenticeship Act 1961, is to be submitted to Base Repair Depot, Air Force, Pune for scrutiny at the time of the selection process.
