Eligibility Criteria for CMD Kerala Recruitment

Eligibility for KSWMP positions includes specific qualifications and experience. The Project Head (IT) requires a PhD and 15 years of experience, while the Procurement Expert and Social Development & Gender Expert need relevant degrees and substantial experience. DEO cum MTP candidates must have a degree, PGDCA/DCA, and relevant skills.

Social Development & Gender Expert	– Master’s degree in social sciences/social work/Development Studies – PhD/MPhil/Research experience desirable – Minimum 8 years of experience in social safeguards management, public civil works projects, or Solid Waste Management Project development – Experience with UN or World Bank-funded projects desirable – Knowledge in labour management and Compliance system – Experience in gender equality and women’s empowerment – Excellent IT/Computer skills and communication skills in English & Malayalam	60 years
DEO cum MTP (Data Entry Operator cum Multi Tasking Person at SPMU)	– Degree from a recognized university – PGDCA/DCA – Typewriting English (Higher) and Malayalam (Lower) – 5 years of working experience in relevant field – Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Tally, and online platforms – Experience with external aided projects (preferably World Bank/ADB) desirable – Excellent communication skills in English & Malayalam	45 years
