- For Engineering disciplines: A Ph.D. in a relevant subject with 6 years of experience. Alternatively, a Ph.D. with a minimum of 6 years of high-quality post-doctoral research experience in an institution/organization, supported by at least 6 publications in journals with an NAAS rating of 7.5 or above.
