What are the Eligibility Criteria to Apply for AIIMS Rishikesh Senior Resident Recruitment?
You must meet the following eligibility criteria to apply for this vacancy –
For Medical Candidates
A postgraduate medical degree viz. MD/MS/DNB/DM/MCh/MDS in the respective discipline from a recognized
University / Institute/ or equivalent qualification thereto.
For Non-Medical Candidates (only for the Department of Anatomy, Biochemistry & Pharmacology)
The candidate should possess an M.Sc./M. Biotech Degree in the subject concerned and Ph.D. in the subject concerned/allied subject from a recognized University / Institute.

Additional Information for Candidates from Specific Categories
- Mode of Selection: Written test, interview, or both, as decided by the Competent Authority at AIIMS Rishikesh.
- No TA/DA: Candidates will not receive travel or daily allowances for attending the written test/interview.
OBC Candidates
- Must be listed in the Central List of the Government of India
- OBC certificate should be less than one year old as of the last date of application submission.
- Candidate must not belong to the Creamy Layer.
- The sub-caste must match the Central List entries; otherwise, the application will not be considered for reserved posts.
Current Government Employees: Must submit a “No Objection Certificate” from their employer at the time of the written test/interview
SC/ST Candidates: The certificate must be issued by a Tehsildar or higher-ranking officer in the standard Central Government format.
PwBD Candidates: The disability certificate must be signed by a duly authorized Medical Board and countersigned by a Medical Superintendent. The Medical Board should include one consultant each from Orthopaedics, Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation, and Surgery.
