Selection Process of Indian Oil Law Officer Recruitment 2024

The selection process for IOCL Law Officer Recruitment consists of three important stages:

Marks in PG CLAT: Candidates have to appear in the Postgraduate Common Law Admission Test (PG CLAT 2024). The marks obtained in the PG CLAT exam will have 85% weightage in the overall selection process.
Group Discussion (GD) and Group Task (GT): Shortlisted candidates based on PG CLAT score will be called for Group Discussion and Group Task, which will have 5% weightage in the overall selection process.
Personal Interview (PI): Candidates qualifying in Group Discussion and Group Work will then proceed to Personal Interview which will have an overall weightage of 10% in the overall selection process.
Final Merit List: The merit list will be prepared based on the performance of the candidates in all the components of the selection process. Candidates have to qualify for each stage (PG CLAT Score, GD/GT, and PI) individually to get selected for the final merit list.

Salary Details of Indian Oil Law Officer Recruitment 2024

Candidates selected for the post of Law Officer in Indian Oil Corporation Limited (IOCL) will get a Basic Pay of Rs. 50,000 per month and shall be placed in the Pay Scale of Rs. 50,000 – Rs. 1,60,000. Apart from that, the selected candidates will receive Dearness Allowance (DA) and other allowances.
